Minimum incisions
All of these surgeries can be done endoscopically,
after making several very small incisions, about 1 cm in size.
In men, three 1cm sized incisions are made and in women,

Infracture Method

As shown in the X-ray image, protruding eyebrow bones are usually very thin.
Rasping alone has its limitations for those with thin eyebrow bones compared to the degree of protrusion.
At K-Art, even individuals with thin eyebrow bones can achieve enhanced reduction effects through endoscopic surgery
with the world’s smallest incision lines.
The infracture method pushes frontal sinus wall inward(into the hollow space that appear black in the X-Rays),

Volume Surgery

Dr. Kim performs forehead volume surgery (relocating soft tissue under the
eyebrow to the grooved area in the forehead) along with eyebrow bone reduction.

When the eyehole bone protrudes, the eyelids look stuffy, the eyes look small and the eyes look deeper and uncomfortable.

In order to improve such eyes, one may repeatedly attempt surgeries such as epicanthoplasty, lateral canthoplasty, eyelid fat removal and sub-brow lift.
However there are limitations in improvement as the eyehole bone itself cannot be enlarged.

Leaving the root cause, the protruding eyehole bone and performing repeated surgeries on the eyelids

Fat

Once blood or fluids start accumulating, the intervals between occurrences become shorter and shorter.
This is due to a kind of delayed rejection response. And the edges become visible due to the capsular contracture.
However biggest issue is that the forehead bone continues to erode and sink because of the implant, making removal necessary.
